Terms & Conditions

In these Terms & Conditions, the following definitions apply unless the context requires otherwise:

• "ko5000", "we", "us", "our" — refers to the ko5000 platform and its operating entity, accessible at https://ko5000.ws.
• "Player", "you", "your" — refers to any individual who accesses, registers on, or uses any service provided by ko5000.
• "Account" — means the registered user account created by a Player on the ko5000 platform.
• "Balance" — means the total of real-money funds credited to a Player's Account at any given time, denominated in Indonesian Rupiah (IDR / Rp).
• "Bonus Balance" — means any promotional credit, free spin value, or bonus funds credited to a Player's Account that are subject to wagering requirements prior to withdrawal.
• "Services" — means all gaming products offered by ko5000, including but not limited to sports betting, live casino, slots, togel (Indonesia's traditional numbers lottery), baccarat, online poker, and e-sports markets.
• "Wagering Requirement" — means the total monetary value of bets that must be placed before a Bonus Balance or associated winnings become eligible for withdrawal.
• "KYC" — means Know Your Customer, the identity verification process required to confirm a Player's identity and age.
• "WIB" — means Western Indonesia Time (UTC+7), the default time zone referenced in these Terms for processing hours and deadlines. WITA (UTC+8) and WIT (UTC+9) apply to players in Central and Eastern Indonesia respectively.

To register and use ko5000, you must satisfy all of the following eligibility requirements at the time of registration and at all times during your use of the platform:

1. You must be a resident of Indonesia and at least 21 years of age. ko5000 enforces a strict adults-only policy in accordance with responsible gaming best practice.
2. You must have the legal capacity to enter into a binding agreement. Persons under legal guardianship or those who have been declared legally incapable by a competent court may not register.
3. You must not be a current or former employee, contractor, affiliate, or immediate family member of an employee or contractor of ko5000 or any of its technology or game-studio partners.
4. You must not be self-excluded from any gambling platform or have requested a cooling-off period that has not yet expired.
5. You must access ko5000 from a jurisdiction in which doing so is not prohibited by applicable local law. It is your sole responsibility to determine whether accessing ko5000 is lawful in your location.

ko5000 reserves the right to request documentary proof of eligibility — including government-issued photo identification and proof of address — at any time. Failure to provide satisfactory documentation within the timeframe specified by ko5000 may result in suspension or closure of your Account.

To access ko5000's Services, you must create a single registered Account. The following rules govern Account registration and maintenance:

• One Account Rule: Each Player may hold only one Account on the ko5000 platform. Opening multiple Accounts — whether using the same or different identity details, payment methods, or device profiles — is strictly prohibited. Duplicate Accounts will be closed, and any Bonus Balance held within them will be forfeited.
• Accurate Information: You must provide complete, truthful, and current information during registration, including your full legal name, date of birth, residential address in Indonesia, and a valid email address. Providing false or misleading information constitutes a material breach of these Terms.
• Account Security: You are solely responsible for the security of your login credentials. You must not share your password with any third party. ko5000 will never request your password through any communication channel. Any action taken using your credentials is deemed to be taken by you unless you have notified ko5000 of unauthorised access in a timely manner.
• Contact Updates: You must promptly update your Account details if your email address, phone number, or residential address changes. ko5000 is not liable for failed communications resulting from outdated contact information.
• Account Inactivity: Accounts that have had no login activity for a continuous period of 365 days may be classified as inactive. ko5000 may apply an inactivity administration fee as notified to you in advance. Remaining balances will be preserved for a minimum of 12 months following inactivity notification before any further action is taken.

All financial transactions on ko5000 are conducted in Indonesian Rupiah (IDR / Rp). ko5000 supports the following payment methods for both deposits and withdrawals: BCA, BRI, BNI, Mandiri, CIMB Niaga, OCBC NISP, OVO, DANA, GoPay, ShopeePay, and LinkAja.

Deposits:

• Minimum deposit: Rp 20.000 (via e-wallet); Rp 50.000 (via bank transfer).
• Deposits are credited to your ko5000 Balance immediately upon confirmed receipt of funds. Bank transfer processing times are subject to the operating hours of the respective bank; most transfers are confirmed within minutes during standard banking hours (Monday–Friday, 08:00–21:00 WIB).
• Deposits must originate from a payment method registered in your own name. Third-party deposits — including deposits made on behalf of another person — are not permitted and will be returned.
• ko5000 does not charge a deposit fee. However, your bank or e-wallet provider may apply its own transaction fees; ko5000 has no control over these charges.

Withdrawals:

• Minimum withdrawal: Rp 50.000.
• Withdrawals may only be made to a payment method that matches your verified Account name. ko5000 does not process withdrawals to third-party accounts.
• ko5000 targets an average withdrawal processing time of under 15 minutes for e-wallet withdrawals and under 3 hours for bank transfers. These are target timeframes, not guaranteed service levels; actual processing may vary during peak periods or public holidays.
• ko5000 reserves the right to request additional KYC documentation before processing any withdrawal, particularly for first-time withdrawals or withdrawals above Rp 5.000.000.
• Withdrawals of Bonus Balance are not permitted until all applicable Wagering Requirements have been met in full.

Anti-Money Laundering: ko5000 applies anti-money laundering (AML) controls to all financial transactions. Unusual deposit and withdrawal patterns may trigger a review. ko5000 reserves the right to freeze an Account and withhold funds pending investigation if suspicious financial activity is detected. Players found to have engaged in money laundering or financial fraud will have their Accounts closed permanently, winnings forfeited, and the matter reported to the relevant authorities.

ko5000 offers a range of bonuses and promotional offers to eligible Players. All bonuses are governed by the following general terms, which apply in addition to any specific conditions stated in the individual promotion:

• Bonuses are available to Players who have a fully verified ko5000 Account in good standing. ko5000 reserves the right to exclude any Player from any promotion at its sole discretion.
• Each promotion specifies a Wagering Requirement — the total amount you must wager before any Bonus Balance or associated winnings become withdrawable. Wagering Requirements are stated as a multiplier (e.g., 20x the bonus amount).
• Different game types contribute differently to Wagering Requirements. Slot games typically contribute 100%; live casino games, baccarat, and table games typically contribute a lower percentage as specified in the individual offer terms. Bets placed on togel draws and sportsbook markets may have separate contribution rates.
• Bonuses are non-transferable, non-cashable in their own right, and may not be exchanged for real money without satisfying the applicable Wagering Requirement.
• Bonuses carry an expiry date. Any Bonus Balance not wagered in full before expiry will be removed from your Account automatically.
• ko5000 reserves the right to modify, suspend, or withdraw any promotion at any time without prior notice. Such changes do not affect bonuses that have already been credited and are in active use by a Player at the time of the change.
• Abuse of bonus offers — including but not limited to the use of multiple Accounts to claim the same offer, hedging bets to reduce risk while meeting Wagering Requirements, or any other form of bonus manipulation — will result in the cancellation of the bonus, forfeiture of associated winnings, and may result in Account closure.

All games available on the ko5000 platform are sourced from internationally licensed and certified game studios including Evolution Gaming, Pragmatic Play, PG Soft, NetEnt, Microgaming, Spribe, and Pocket Games Soft. Each studio's games use certified Random Number Generator (RNG) systems independently audited for fairness.

• Game-specific rules, minimum and maximum bet limits, and return-to-player (RTP) percentages are displayed within each game's interface or its dedicated information panel on the ko5000 platform.
• In the event of a technical malfunction during a game round — including server disconnection, game crash, or database error — ko5000's system will attempt to restore the game to its pre-disruption state. Where restoration is not possible, ko5000 reserves the right to void the affected round and return the original stake to the Player's Balance.
• The use of automated betting software, bots, scripts, or any third-party tool that interacts with the ko5000 platform in a non-human manner is strictly prohibited. Detection of such activity will result in immediate Account suspension and forfeiture of all balances.
• Collusion between Players — including coordinating bets, sharing information to gain an unfair advantage, or chip-dumping in poker — is prohibited and constitutes a serious breach of these Terms.
• ko5000's decision on all game outcomes, including the resolution of disputes relating to game results, is final. Where a game outcome is determined by a third-party provider's certified RNG, that result is definitive and not subject to override by ko5000.

ko5000 is committed to responsible gaming and provides Players with a suite of tools to manage their gambling activity. The following tools are available via your Account settings:

• Deposit Limits: Set daily, weekly, or monthly deposit limits to control the amount of money you load into your Account. Reductions to existing limits take effect immediately; increases are subject to a 7-day cooling-off period.
• Session Time Reminders: Configure time-based alerts that notify you when you have been playing for a set duration.
• Self-Exclusion: Request a temporary or permanent exclusion from the ko5000 platform. Temporary exclusions can be set for periods of 1 month, 3 months, or 6 months. Permanent self-exclusion cannot be reversed.
• Reality Checks: Periodic pop-up notifications displaying your current session duration and net gaming position.

You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to access and use the ko5000 platform for personal, non-commercial gaming purposes only. You may not copy, reproduce, distribute, modify, reverse-engineer, scrape, frame, or otherwise exploit any part of the ko5000 platform without our prior written consent. Any unauthorised use will result in immediate Account termination and may give rise to legal action.

ko5000 collects, processes, and stores personal data in accordance with its Privacy Policy, which is incorporated into these Terms by reference. By registering on ko5000, you acknowledge that you have read the Privacy Policy and consent to the processing of your personal data as described therein.

ko5000 uses your data to operate your Account, process transactions, verify your identity, detect fraud, and comply with applicable legal obligations. ko5000 does not sell personal data to third parties for marketing purposes. Data is shared with game-studio providers and payment processors only to the extent necessary to deliver the Services.

All data transmitted between your device and ko5000's servers is protected by 256-bit SSL encryption — the same standard applied by major Indonesian banks including BCA and Mandiri for their internet banking platforms.

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, ko5000's total aggregate liability to you in connection with these Terms and the Services — whether in contract, tort, negligence, or otherwise — shall not exceed the total amount deposited by you into your Account in the 30-day period immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

ko5000 is not liable for any of the following, regardless of whether such losses were foreseeable or ko5000 had been advised of their possibility:

• Loss of profits, revenue, or anticipated winnings.
• Loss or corruption of data.
• Service interruptions caused by internet outages, scheduled maintenance, third-party provider failures, or force majeure events.
• Losses arising from your failure to comply with these Terms, including the forfeiture of bonuses or balances as a direct consequence of a breach by you.
• Losses caused by unauthorised access to your Account resulting from your failure to maintain the security of your login credentials.

Nothing in these Terms excludes or limits ko5000's liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, fraud, or any other liability that cannot lawfully be excluded.

ko5000 reserves the right to suspend or permanently close any Account, with or without prior notice, for any of the following reasons:

• Breach of any provision of these Terms & Conditions.
• Provision of false, inaccurate, or misleading registration information.
• Failure to complete KYC verification within the specified timeframe.
• Suspected fraudulent activity, money laundering, or use of stolen payment methods.
• Use of prohibited software, bots, or fair-play violations as described in Clause 6.
• Requests from law enforcement or regulatory authorities.
• Player-initiated self-exclusion as described in Clause 7.

Upon closure of an Account in good standing (i.e., closure not resulting from a breach by the Player), any verified real-money Balance will be returned to the Player's registered payment method within 5 business days. Bonus Balances are not transferable upon Account closure regardless of the reason for closure.

Players who wish to voluntarily close their Account may do so by contacting ko5000 support via live chat at any time.

These Terms & Conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws applicable to the jurisdiction in which ko5000 is licensed and regulated internationally. ko5000 is operated as a licensed and regulated international gaming platform; all players access the platform under applicable international gaming regulations.

Any dispute arising out of or in connection with these Terms that cannot be resolved through ko5000's internal complaints process (see Clause 14) shall be referred to binding arbitration under internationally recognised arbitration rules. The language of arbitration proceedings shall be English.

Nothing in this Clause prevents either party from seeking urgent injunctive or other equitable relief from a court of competent jurisdiction where such relief is necessary to prevent irreparable harm.

ko5000 reserves the right to amend these Terms & Conditions at any time. Material changes will be communicated to registered Players via the email address on file or through a prominent notice on the ko5000 platform no less than 7 days prior to the change taking effect.

Non-material changes — such as typographical corrections, clarifications that do not alter the substance of any clause, or updates to contact information — may be made without advance notice. The "Last Updated" date at the top of this page reflects the most recent revision.

Your continued use of ko5000's Services after any amendment takes effect constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms. If you do not agree to an amendment, you must stop using the platform and contact support to close your Account before the change takes effect.
